The research subjects were students of class XII IPS-1 MAN 2 Rembang who were taught using the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) Model. The instruments used are in the form of observation sheets and tests. The research method using CAR includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The strategy used is related to the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) model, dividing the class into several learning teams based on gender, race and low, average, and high achievement. This research was conducted in two cycles. The results of the Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) strategy research can increase activeness and learning outcomes. High activity data analysis, 10% initial condition, first cycle 28.5% and second cycle 52.8%. Analysis of learning outcomes data showed an increase from the initial condition 31% (low), the first cycle 61% (moderate), and the second cycle rose 78% (high). This research strategy uses experimental product testing in conjunction with quantitative R&amp;D methods. gather information from tests, especially protests and pretests. The steps taken in this study are as follows: 1) Issues and possibilities; 2) Obtain data; and 3) Product design. 4) Perform expert product evaluations. 5) Make the product better or change it. 6) Field tests and 7) Preparation of reports Data analysis using descriptive analysis. The data population is students at MTs Negeri 5 Magelang with a sample of 58 students in class VIIIC and VIIID at MTs Negeri 5 Magelang. Data collection was carried out using observation techniques and product tests. Observations were carried out to determine students' activities when working on assignments from the download stage to the stage of sending assignments to the Google Drive link. Product tests were carried out to obtain value data obtained by students in the task of compiling advertising texts using descriptive statistical data analysis techniques, namely by describing data from tables. The research results prove that students can use the Photo Editing App, it is proven that students can go through the stages of the application. All students get scores above the KKM. This research uses observational research, focus groups, and document analysis. Learning uses teaching aids. The material contained in the teaching aids is discussed through group discussions and presented using gadget technology to record and share the recordings on familiar social media, known to students. This learning is termed "Laper Kuprer" (Props, Discussion, Presentation, Recording). The results of the research show that the process of teaching and learning activities for Al-Quran competencies in Islamic Religious and Character Education at SMK Negeri 1 Depok with "Laper Kuprer" is very effective in increasing student activity. However, transgender community often experience discrimination, one of which is in terms of worship. Waria who are Muslims also have the right to worship and learn their religion. This study aims to explain the method of inclusive da'wah in the Pesantren Waria Al-Fattah Yogyakarta. This research was conducted with observation, interviews and literature review to reveal the application of prophetic communication used by teachers to transgender students.&nbsp; The findings of this study show that the Pesantren Waria Al-Fattah &nbsp;uses an inclusive prophetic communication approach, which is open to every group, accepts differences and is humanist, there is no coercion in believing in their condition so that transgender community become comfortable in worshiping and learning religion.&nbsp; These findings are important in the development of religious guidance or da'wah for vulnerable and marginalized groups such as this transgender group. However, a gap persists between institutional expectations and the practical realities due to students' insufficient proficiency in Arabic. Research aims to analyze this learning. 75-80% of students, including santri, pupils, and university attendees, lack Arabic comprehension. Employing qualitative methods, specifically a case study approach, the study involves ustadz, teachers, and students. Data analysis employs reduction, display, and verification. Findings show that the 4.0 revolution prompts educational institutions to enhance teachers' competencies. Both modern and conventional approaches aim for creative and innovative teaching. Modern-based research emphasizes improving muhadasah, covering fusohah balaghah.
